Growing up, my world revolved around two things: football and music. I was always happiest on the pitch, in a packed hall watching a band, or flicking through vinyls at the local record shop. I couldn't play an instrument, but I loved the scene, the culture, and the memories that came with it.

Badges were the thing that stuck with me. They were small, affordable pieces of identity, a way to show what you stood for, where you came from, or what you loved.

How Distinctive Badges Started

When I began collecting, I noticed that most badge manufacturers didn't share the same passion for the music, scooter, football and subculture scenes I grew up with. That was when I saw a gap, a place for someone who understood the culture to create high quality, meaningful memorabilia.
